Salesforce and its ecosystem of partners and customers will create 3.3 million jobs and $859 billion in new business revenues worldwide by 2022, and for every dollar earned by Salesforce, the ecosystem will gain $5.20. If you are even tangentially connected to the world of Salesforce aka the Salesforce Economy, this is not a dream, it is fact according to a new study from the IDC out today.
The Healthcare and Life Sciences industry will gain $68.2 billion in new revenues and 244,096 new jobs will be created by 2022. Virsys12 aligns with the Salesforce platform on every project for every customer because of its innovative technology and our combined commitment to customer success. And yes, our customers tell the story well.
This month, we were very happy to see the team at Tennessee Justice Center acknowledged for the innovative AskJane! project we built with them, taking years of institutional knowledge (primarily from staffer Jane Beasley) and automating the eligibility vetting process using decision tree visual flow to navigate the complex application required for Medicaid and other health benefits. As a result, TJC’s time required is cut in half, accuracy increased, and more people are being helped. TJC was the only non-profit to receive more than one award on October 2nd when the Center for Nonprofit Management handed them the Healing Trust Catalyst for Change Award AND the Frist Foundation Innovation in Action award for AskJane!
And as we look forward to Dreamforce 2017, we are proud to receive the Salesforce 2017 Consulting Partner Innovation Award in the healthcare and life sciences for our work with 180 Health Partners. This remarkable group led by Justin Lanning has developed a program (drawing on Health Cloud functionality) to aid and support opioid addicted moms, get them stable, and coordinate resources and care to get them healthy so they can deliver a healthy baby. This is a for-profit model that shares in the savings gained when the mom delivers a healthy baby vs. an addicted baby.
Why else are we excited about Dreamforce? Start with San Francisco and end with the world’s #1 CRM – or reverse the order and it still wins. We encourage customers to consider attending because nowhere else will you find as much useful training, content, and inspiration when it comes to technology. Our own team is eager to dig deeper into the road map for Health Cloud, get our hands on some new AppExchange products (they are introducing new features like intelligent search, personalized recommendations and more), and meet new friends (we always do).
We’ll be co-sponsoring the Healthcare and Life Sciences Reception on Monday at Americano. We hope to see you there. Are you coming to Dreamforce? Let us know, we’d love to share some of the adventure with you. Follow us @Virsys12 or email if you want to set something up (solutions@virsys12.com).
