Jennifer Wyher is a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience in life science consultancy, program and project management, and software development. In her role as the VP of Consulting Services at Virsys12, she oversees all facets of client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects through effective project management, resource allocation, and creative risk mitigation.
Jennifer has played a pivotal role in standardizing the delivery methodology at Virsys12, placing an emphasis on time to value, and cultivating strategic partnerships with clients. Jennifer collaborates with product, sales, marketing, and executives within Virsys12 to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities. She promotes a culture of collaboration, accountability, and craftsmanship that is both encouraging and celebratory.
Before joining Virsys12, Jennifer successfully led the delivery of numerous global IT implementations for large pharmaceutical companies. Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
