Virsys12, one of Tennessee’s largest Salesforce Silver Consulting Partners, celebrated their expanding staff at a small reception for small business in Brentwood’s Maryland Farms on Tuesday, June 16th. Doug Ayers joins the growing Virsys12 development team as Senior Developer, Solution Architecture and he is the fifth new hire for Virsys12 since February 1, 2015.
“Doug brings extraordinary global experience and great new energy to our development group,” shares Virsys12 CEO Tammy Hawes. “We are fortunate he is relocating to join us.”
Doug Ayers is a certified Force.com Developer, a certified Scrum Master and a Six Sigma Green Belt. He came to Virsys12 after seven years with Fruit of the Loom in Kentucky where he led the design and development of enterprise web app solutions and was responsible for Salesforce global architecture, design and governance for seven business divisions.
“After I presented at one of the Salesforce Developer User Groups that Virsys12 co-hosts quarterly, Tammy Hawes and I connected,” states Ayers. “The Virsys12 culture really appealed to me, and I was excited about working with a highly talented team that’s extremely passionate about ensuring their clients are successful on Salesforce.”
During the Tuesday event at Mere Bulles restaurant, new Salesforce Account Executive Ronnie Griffin offered a short presentation on the value of CRM for small business.
