James Lakes brings more than two decades of leadership experience in healthcare technology to the Virsys12 Advisory Board. With a strong background in enterprise technology sales and strategy, he has held senior roles at Microsoft, VMware, Salesforce, and Notable, where he played a key role in accelerating growth within their healthcare verticals. Throughout his career, James has focused on building high-performing teams and fostering environments where individuals can thrive and deliver consistent, measurable success.

Today, James leads his own consulting firm, Future 4ce Consulting, where he provides strategic sales guidance and coaching for organizations committed to driving sales transformation. His work focuses on improving people, processes, and performance to help companies reach their full potential. He also brings valuable board experience, having previously served on the board of directors for ReDoc.

James earned his BBA at St. Mary’s College and M.Sc in International Business at Copenhagen Business School. His deep expertise in healthcare IT and go-to-market strategy will be a significant asset as Virsys12 continues to scale its impact and innovation in the healthcare industry.
