Senior Developer Tim Sinard Wins Award from Virsys12 Team

In December of 2017, the Virsys12 team gathered to celebrate a year full of accomplishments. No achievement was more personal to the team than the annual Virsy’s Award. The full staff votes for the winner anonymously and this year’s award went to Senior Developer Tim Sinard.

The Virsy’s Award was created to aVirsys12 Teamcknowledge a team member who consistently represents the Virsys12 core values of generosity, collaboration, passion, authenticity, and transformation throughout the year.

Tim joined Virsys12 in 2016 and has quickly become a vital contributor to many projects large scale and small. He has been a primary consultant to current projects such as Tennessee Justice Center’s AskJane! The firm is a winner of local awards for the AskJane! program (built with Virsys12 on Salesforce) presented to TJC from the Frist Foundation and The Healing Trust, and it is now nominated for a Nashville Technology Award for 2018.

“I am not surprised,” comments Rob Watkins, creator of AskJane! and a Tennessee Justice Center staff attorney. “Obviously, Tim is as good to his fellow Virsys12 team members as he is to the company’s customers. I thoroughly enjoy working with Tim on our project.”

Each year, Virsys12 makes a donation to a charity chosen by the recipient of the Virsy’s Award. Sinard selected The Conservation Fund.

“I chose The Conservation Fund because their mission aligns with improving and protecting what I enjoy the most, the outdoors, while keeping a proven record of performance and financial metrics that show how efficiently our contributions are used,” explained Sinard regarding his decision.

And we’re glad Tim chose Virsys12 as his team.
