(Nashville, TN – December 2, 2015) Virsys12, Tennessee’s largest certified Salesforce Consulting Partner serving healthcare nationwide, has achieved yet another year of near triple-digit revenue growth. In November, the four-and-a-half year-old award-winning company doubled its office space and, with the addition of Amanda Flatt as Consultant & Business Analyst, doubled its new hires.
“We owe our continued rapid growth to the evolution in healthcare, where technology innovation is creating opportunity like never before,” say Virsys12 CEO and Founder Tammy Hawes. “Virsys12 was founded on a belief in ‘virtual systems,’ and we have a vision for using Salesforce for virtual software and platforms to create flexible, customizable and scalable solutions for better care as healthcare moves forward.”
Prior to joining Virsys12, Flatt was a Salesforce IT product manager and senior business analyst at ChangeHeathcare (formerly Emdeon), where she served as the primary contact and subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud. A certified Salesforce Administrator, Flatt led a variety of business projects, including process documentation, system improvements and process reengineering/consolidation utilizing Salesforce. Her background also includes roles and responsibilities related to systems migration, project management, ebusiness and web development.
“I love knowledge, and Salesforce puts it at your fingertips,” Flatt says. “The Virsys12 team provides a very encouraging, refreshing atmosphere where collaboration is effortless and the possibilities are endless. And I get to solve problems, which is what I do best.”
“Our goal is to hire the right team members to bring value for our clients,” says Vice President, Consulting Services, and Partner Valerie Landkammer. “Amanda Flatt shares the desire to transform our clients’ businesses, and she had a passion for Salesforce long before we hired her. She is a good fit with our culture and our vision for growth.”
In 2015 Virsys12 was named a Best Place to Work 2015 and was a recipient of the Nashville Business Journal’s 2015 Best in Business Award. For the second year, Virsys12 CEO and Founder Tammy Hawes was a finalist for the NEXT “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award, given by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and Virsys12 was again a NEXT Award finalist for Technology–Growth. The firm was a 2013 NEXT Award winner for Technology–Start-Up.
“Our move to new offices doubled our space capacity, and we are laser focused on finding more highly qualified people to fit the Virsys12 culture,” Landkammer says. “We encourage candidates who feel they’re a good fit to contact careers[at]virys12[dot]com.”
