When Greenville Health System (GHS) was launching its Accountable Care Organization (ACO) MyHealthFirst Network (MyHFN), it realized its existing technology—which consisted mostly of Microsoft Office products and paper-based processes—would not be sufficient for managing the challenges of ACO complexity.
