It’s not easy to focus on your customers’ needs when you have to spend much of your time navigating around inefficient processes and tracking down key information.
In fact, one of the primary goals of the Salesforce customization and integration work we do for many of our clients centers on addressing and preempting these kinds of internal roadblocks. American HomePatient is a great example. The leadership recognized that accurate, up-to-date, easily accessible data would be critical for increasing account executives’ productivity and enabling them to be more responsive to customers. In other words, if they had better data they could deliver better customer care.
