Seth Hobgood

Seth Hobgood, a sixteen-year veteran in health care technology and integration, serves as Virsys12’s Chief Technology Officer. Seth leads the development of the V12 product suite (V12 Network and V12 IPD Intelligent Provider Directory), the leading Salesforce healthcare solutions for accurate provider directory, provider on-boarding, and contracting.

Prior to this he was CEO, CTO, and co-founder of Interoptex, an innovative healthcare interoperability solutions company. There he was responsible for the architecture and design of a cutting-edge cloud-based interoperability appliance, a fully integrated Enterprise Master Patient Index system with AI-driven patient matching, and a bolt-on FHIR API used to fast-track tech companies’ interoperability initiatives.

Seth’s technical career has centered on health care interoperability and security in the age of HIPAA. Before founding Interoptex in 2016, Seth was CTO of ReDoc® a software used for rehab therapy. Leading the technology team through an acquisition by Net Health, Seth stayed on as Head of Product Integration and Development for NetHealth through the completion of the acquisition.

When Seth is not solving health care’s biggest integration and security problems, he is dedicating himself to his family and Nasvhille’s local charities, such as Big Brother Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and Second Harvest Food Bank. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Volunteer State University.
